User refers to any person accessing the platform.
Recruiter refers to businesses or individuals hiring talent.
Bartender / Talent refers to individuals seeking work.

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your login details secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Thirst Impossible provides a platform to post job opportunities, connect recruiters with bartenders, and allow direct communication between users.
We do not act as an employer, agent, or intermediary in employment relationships.
6. User Responsibilities
For Recruiters:
Provide accurate job listings, offer lawful and fair working conditions, and comply with applicable labour laws.
For Bartenders / Talent:
Provide accurate profiles and experience, conduct themselves professionally, and honour agreed work commitments.
7. Payments and Pricing
Certain features may require payment. All prices are displayed clearly on the platform. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not post false or misleading information, engage in harassment or discrimination, use the platform for illegal purposes, or attempt to bypass platform systems.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including branding, design, and software, is owned by Thirst Impossible. Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Thirst Impossible is not responsible for employment outcomes, user interactions or disputes, or losses arising from use of the platform.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee job placements, candidate suitability, or uninterrupted platform availability.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and restrict access without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
13. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data.
14. Changes to Terms
